pendant mes \u00e9tudes \u00e0 l&rsquo;Ecole H\u00f4teli\u00e8re de Lille, j&rsquo;ai particip\u00e9 pour la 3\u00e8me ann\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive au Concours Culinaire organis\u00e9 par l&rsquo;Acad\u00e9mie Nationale de Cuisine de Lyon.<\/p><p>J&rsquo;ai cr\u00e9\u00e9 une recette \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9gionale\u00a0\u00bb :<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Eglefin farci \u00e0 la Jean BART\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">et l&rsquo;Acad\u00e9mie m&rsquo;a octroy\u00e9 la mention \u00ab\u00a0Excellent\u00a0\u00bb en r\u00e9sultat de ce concours.<\/p><p>Suite \u00e0 ce r\u00e9sultat, cette recette \u00e0 eu la chance d&rsquo;acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la reconnaissance en \u00e9tant publi\u00e9e dans le :<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Livre Officiel des Inventions et Cr\u00e9ations Culinaires<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">du Conservatoire National
